Cipla share price NSE, BSE: Cipla shares strengthened in a special session on Dalal Street on Saturday, March 2, coming within inches of a record high touched late last month, after the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) completed inspections at a facility of the Mumbai-headquartered pharmaceutical company's Chinese subsidiary, Cipla Jiangsu, with zero observations.
In a separate development, Kemwell Biopharma UK and MNI Ventures received confirmation from the US Secretary of State to form a joint venture with Cipla (EU), a subsidiary of the Indian drug maker.
