Bosch Q3 Results: Profit soars 63%; announces Rs 205 interim dividend; know record date

Bosch Q3 Results: Bosch Ltd, one of the leading suppliers of technology and services in India, announced its third quarter results on Tuesday (February 13, 2024), reporting a jump of 62.46 per cent in its consolidated net profit after tax (PAT). The company also declared an interim dividend of Rs 205/- per share for the financial year 2023-24 on 29,493,640 equity shares of INR 10/- each.

The company reported consolidated profit after tax of Rs 518.10 crore for the December quarter, which was up by 62.46 per cent from Rs 318.90 crore the company reported in the same quarter last fiscal.

Bosch's consolidated revenue from operations jumped by 14.89 per cent to Rs 4205 crore crore from Rs 3660 crore Year-on-Year (YoY).

The company said that the interim dividend will be paid to members whose names appear in the "Register of Members of the Company and as beneficial owners in the Depositories, as on the Record Date fixed for the purpose i.e., 23.02.2024, as intimated vide our letter dated 24.01 .2024."

The stock of the company was soaring higher by 7.14 per cent, or Rs 1804.85, at Rs 27100.00 at the market close on Tuesday.
