BLS International scales a 52-week high after Zee Business' report of Euro 50M iData deal

BLS International Share Price: BLS International hit a 52-week high of Rs 412.90 in morning deals on BSE on Tuesday (January 16, 2024) after Zee Business' news got approved that BLS' subsidiary, BLS International FZE, and the UAE were signing a definitive share purchase agreement.

The stock of the company was trading higher by 1.77 per cent, or Rs 6.90, at Rs 395.85 at 10:27 am on Tuesday.

What did Zee Business report say?

Zee Business reported that BLS subsidiary- BLS International FZE- and the UAE were signing a definitive share purchase agreement.

Under the deal, an agreement to buy the entire stake of iData was signed.

The Turkish company would buy iData for Euro 50 Million (Rs 450 crore).
