Bharat Forge Share Price Target 2024, Bharat Forge Dividend 2024: Shares of auto components major Bharat Forge Limited will be in focus today i.e. on February 23 as they will trade ex-date. The company recently announced its third-quarter results of FY24 and dividend amount.

The shares of Bharat Forge will also be in focus today as the company has announced a strategic infusion of around Rs 133.58 crore into Bharat Forge Global Holding GmbH (BFGH) - a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company. According to an exchange filing, the company will continue to hold 100 per cent of shareholding in BFAT and BFH through BFGH.

Bharat Forge Share Price Target 2024

Broking and investment firm JM Financial Services has given a 'BUY' call on Bharat Forge with a target price of Rs 1,150.  The shares of Bharat Forge opened at Rs 1131.35 today last seen they were trading at Rs 1138.15, 0.47 per cent higher than the previous close. The counter had closed at Rs 1,132.85 in the last trading session. 

According to the BSE website, the scrip has given a 34.41 per cent return in one year. In five years, the stock has made investors richer by 131 per cent.

Bharat Forge Dividend 2024

The company has declared an interim dividend of Rs 2.50 per equity share of Rs 2 each (i.e. 125 per cent) for the Financial Year 2023-24.

"We have informed the stock exchanges that the Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held on Monday, February 12, 2024, have declared Interim Dividend of Rs. 2.50/- per equity share of Rs. 2/- each (i.e. 125%) for the Financial Year 2023-24," the company said in an exchange filing.
