In August, the paint company's board recommended the issuance of a bonus share in the ratio of 1:5, i.e., one equity share of the face value of Re 1 each for every 5 equity shares of Re 1, which got approval from shareholders through postal ballot on Friday, September 9. The stock finished at Rs 667.8, up 6.46 per cent.
