This Navratna PSU company has informed exchanges that its board of directors will meet today i.e. May 20, 2024, to consider recommendations for the final dividend for the financial year 2023-24, if any, along with final results. The company has not shared any information related to the payment date and record date.

"We wish to inform that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Monday, the 20th May, 2024 to consider and and approve, inter alia, audited standalone & consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended 31 March, 2024 and also to consider recommendation of final Dividend for the financial year 2023-24, if any," the company said in an exchange filing.
