Bank of Maharashtra jumps by nearly 4%; sees 56% rise in six months

Bank of Maharashtra Share Price: Bank of Maharashtra traded higher in morning deals on BSE on Monday (January 15, 2024).
The stock of the government PSU was trading higher by 3.75 per cent, or Rs 1.81, at Rs 50.10 at 12:26 am on Monday.
The spurt in the volume was more than 1.23 times, as per BSE.
The stock had performing well in its previous session on Friday as well when the spurt in volumes reached higher by 2.88 times.
The bank early this year cut its house loan rate by 15 basis points to 8.35 per cent.

In comparison, the benchmark Nifty 50 has risen by 2.78 per cent in the one month, while it has gained 11.88 per cent in the six months.
