Bank of India stock jumps over 2% after its Q3 update shows increased domestic deposits and global business
Bank of India said that its domestic deposits in the quarter ended December 31, 2023, increased by 7.6 per cent, from Rs 5.56 lakh crore to Rs 5.99 lakh crore Year-on-Year. The banks total business (global) was up by 9.90 per cent from 11.61 lakh crore to Rs 12.76 lakh crore YoY.
Bank of India Share Price: Bank of India shares got morning boost on BSE on Thursday (January 11, 2024) after the lender said in a Q3 update that its domestic deposits Year-on-Year (YoY) in the quarter ended December 31 increased by 7.6 per cent.
The stock of the bank was trading up by 2.50 per cent, or Rs 2.95, at Rs 121.10 at 10:51 am on Thursday.
In a Q3 update on Wednesday, Bank of India said that its domestic deposits in the quarter ended December 31, 2023, increased by 7.6 per cent, from Rs 5.56 lakh crore to Rs 5.99 lakh crore Year-on-Year.
The company's domestic advances soared by 11.6 per cent, from Rs 4.26 lakh crore in the same quarter last year to Rs 4.76 lakh crore in the third quarter ended December.
The bank's total business (global) was up by 9.90 per cent from 11.61 lakh crore to Rs 12.76 lakh crore YoY.
