Bajaj Holdings Dividend 2023: Bajaj Holdings and Investment Ltd. has announced an interim dividend of Rs 110 per share for the current financial year. This turns out to be 1,100 per cent per share with a face value of Rs 10 each. 
 
"This is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today, i.e., Friday, 15 September 2023, considered and declared an Interim Dividend of Rs 110 (1,100 per cent) per equity share of face value of Rs. 10, for the financial year ending 31 March 2024,'' said Bajaj Holdings in a regulatory filing to the stock exchanges.

The company has fixed September 29 as the record date for the payment of the Rs 110 dividend.

"The record date for the purpose of determining the members eligible to receive the Interim Dividend has been fixed as Friday, 29 September 2023," the company said in the regulatory filing. 

Bajaj Holdings Dividend 2023: Payment Date

The Board of Directors of the company has also decided that the dividend will be credited on October 13, 2023.

Earlier, the company announced a dividend of Rs 12 in the month of June and a dividend of Rs 110 in September 2022.

Bajaj Holdings Stock Performance 

The share of Bajaj Holdings settled at Rs 7234.45 on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on Wednesday with an intraday gain of 0.02 per cent. It hit a high of Rs 7274.95 during the day. 

In the last one month, the scrip has given a positive return of 4.32 per cent. So far this year, the scrip has yielded a positive return of 29.03 per cent versus 8.15 per cent of S&P BSE Financial Services.
