Bajaj Finance, MSTC, MMTC and Gland Pharma among top stocks to track on Thursday

Stocks to watch today: At around 8:15 a.m. on Thursday, November 16, the GIFT Nifty futures traded flat with a positive bias, up 0.15 per cent or 28.9 points at 19,752, suggesting a muted to a positive start to trading on Dalal Street.

In the previous trading session amid positive global cues, equities gained substantially, with Nifty clocking gains of 1.2 per cent to end the session at 19,675.45.

Bajaj Finance: RBI amid regulatory lapses has asked the NBFC to stop loan disbursal via two of the company's products.

SJVN: The company has synchronised the first unit of 60 MW NMHEP with the national grid.

Gland Pharma: The pharma major has received tentative approval from the US FDA for angiotensin 2 for injection.

Snowman Logistics: The company's promoter Gateway Distriparks bought shares of the company via open market.

Tata Motors: For its subsidiary's initial public offer, the IPO price band has been declared Rs 475-500 per share to aggregate Rs 3,042 crore at the upper end of the price band.

TCS: The company has decided November 25 as the record date for its share buyback.

RateGain Technologies: The company has launched the qualified institutional placement (QIP) with a floor price set at around Rs 676.66 per share, a 5 per cent discount to the current market price.

OMCs: The price for commercial LPG of 19 kg has been slashed by Rs 57.5 per cylinder.

ONGC: The company has plans to invest Rs 1 lakh crore in two of the petrochemical plants.

ASK Automotive: Goldman Sachs has bought 23.3 lakh equity shares, equating to 1.1 per cent equity, at Rs 310.05 per share. 

SOM Distilleries & Breweries: Promoter Jagadish Kumar bought 0.0142 per cent stake in the company from the open market on November 13.

CDSL: One of the trader's favourite stock has been included in the short-term ASM framework.

Coffee and tea stocks: Arabica coffee futures have scaled to nearly a five-month high, as excessive heat in Brazil raised concerns about future coffee yields. This price rise will impact coffee and tea stocks directly.

Corporate actions: Bayer CropScience, Cigniti Technologies, Container Corporation of India, MSTC, Power Grid Corporation, Saksoft, and Sundaram Fasteners will trade ex-dividend, while Atal Realtech will split to a new face value of Rs 2.
