The Astral bonus issue is in the ratio of 1:3, meaning one bonus share will be issued against every three shares held. For instance, an investor holding 60 Astral shares will get 20 bonus shares given the bonus ratio.

Earlier, the company had fixed March 14 as the record date for the issuance of the bonus.
