Angel One Dividend 2023: Board declares Rs 9.6 dividend; check out record date, payment date

Angel One Dividend 2023: Angel One's board has announced a dividend payout of Rs 9.6 per equity share of face value of Rs 10 (96 per cent) to its shareholders for the current fiscal. 

"This is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company by way of circular resolution dated March 22, 2023 approved declaration of 4th interim dividend for the financial year 2022-23 at the rate of Rs 9.60 per equity share of face value of Rs. 10 per share of the Company, as on the record date," the filing said.

The brokerage has fixed the record date for the payment of the fourth interim dividend as March 31.

Angel One Dividend 2023 Payment Date

The dividend amount will be credited directly into the shareholders' bank account linked to their Demat account on the payment date. The payment date shall be April 20. 

"The dividend shall be paid on or before April 20, 2023 to those members, whose names appear on the Register of members or in records of depositories as beneficial owners of the shares as on Friday, March 31, 2023, which is the record date fixed for the purpose," the filing said.
