"Approved and recommended the Final Dividend of Rs. 4 /- per equity share i.e. for the financial year 2022-23," the company's regulatory filing read.

The brokerage has not announced the record date yet but will be intimated in due course of time.

The dividend amount will be credited directly into the shareholders' bank account linked to their Demat account on the payment date.
"The dividend, if approved by the members of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting ("AGM"), will be paid within 30 days from date of AGM," the company's regulatory filing read.
