Signature Global IPO, Sai Silks IPO Listing Highlights: Shares Signature Global, a Delhi-NCR-based real estate developer, got listed at a premium of over 15 per cent to its issue price of Rs 385 on Wednesday i.e. September 27. On the other hand, shares of South India-based ethnic wear player Sai Silk (Kalamandir) also made a positive on the bourses. The shares of Sai Silk debuted at Rs 231 against the issue price of Rs 222.
Earlier, the IPO of Signature Global was subscribed 11.88 times on the final day of subscription on Friday and that of Sai Silks was subscribed 4.40 times on the last day of bidding.
Ahead of the listing, Sai Silks said it has raised over Rs 360 crore from anchor investors. Similarly, Delhi-NCR-based Signature Global has raised Rs 318.5 crore from anchor investors, including Nomura.
