Axis Bank shares swing between gains and losses as 4.58 lakh shares in the entity changed hands in multiple transactions via block deal in the pre-opening trade.

Market Oulook | Domestic markets could open mildly higher, says Deepak Jasani
"Indian markets could open mildly higher, in line with positive Asian markets today and despite flat US markets on April 8," says Deepak Jasani, Head of Retail Research, HDFC Securities.
"Nifty rose with an upgap on April 08 and closed higher by forming a bull candle. It has formed a higher top higher bottom formation compared to the previous sessions. Nifty could now stay in the 22,529-22,810 band for the near term," he adds.

Axis Bank: As per reports, Bain Capital is likely to sell a stake in the private lender via a block deal.
Tata Motors: Shares of the auto major will gain focus as the company’s JLR full-year sales leapt over 20 per cent on year.
Sula Vineyards: The company will be in focus after its strong Q4 business update. The company logged double-digit revenue growth in Q4 as well as in full FY24.
Sharda Motor: The company’s board will meet on April 18 to consider the buyback of fully paid-up equity shares of the company.
PCBL: The company said a 12 MW power plant has been commissioned in Tamil Nadu.
UCO Bank: The state-run lender, said in its Q4 update that total business at the company grew 9.62 per cent on year to Rs 4.58 lakh crore. Also, total advances at the company logged 15.92 per cent growth to Rs 1.87 lakh crore. Read more
