UltraTech Cement, HDFC Life, Eicher Motors and Apollo Hospitals are among the top gainers in the Nifty basket, trading with gains of around 2-3 per cent. On the other hand, Adani Enterprises, IndusInd Bank, Adani Ports and RIL are among the top losers, down around 1 per cent.

Gujarat Narmada Valley Fertilizers & Chemicals (GNFC) shares on Thursday, November 30 remain on investor's radar after the company announced a share buyback programme via tender offer on Wednesday, November 29 post market hours. The stock gains as much as over one per cent to touch the day's high of Rs 697.45 on NSE.

Fairbridge Capital (Mauritius) will sell up to an 8.5 per cent stake in the company via an offer for sale (OFS). The OFS includes a base offer of 6.8 per cent and a green shoe option of 1.7 per cent.
Welspun Speciality Solution:
