Yatharth Hospital IPO, Yatharth Hospital IPO subscription status: The Initial Public Offering (IPO) of Yatharth Hospital and Trauma Care Services was subscribed 36.16 times on the last day of subscription on Friday. The Rs 686.55 crore-initial share sale received bids for 59,72,19,800 shares against 1,65,17,823 shares on offer, as per BSE data. The portion for qualified institutional buyers received 85.10 times subscription while the non-institutional investors part was subscribed 37.22 times. The retail individual investors category was subscribed 8.34 times.

Ahead of its IPO, the super specialty hospital chain raised Rs 205.96 crore via anchor book on Tuesday (July 25). The company said it has finalised the allocation of 68,65,506 equity shares to 18 anchor investors at an issue price of Rs 300 apiece.

BNP Paribas Arbitrage, Goldman Sachs (Singapore) Pte, SBI Life Insurance Company, Max Life Insurance Company, Kotak Mahindra Life Insurance Company, ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund, HDFC MF, Nippon India MF, and Aditya Birla Sun Life MF are among the anchor investors.

According to the RHP, Yatharth Hospital operates three super specialty hospitals located in Delhi-NCR. At present, it has a total bed capacity of 1,405 beds, which includes 305 beds at Ramraja Multispeciality Hospital & Trauma Centre Pvt Ltd, an arm of the company.

Yatharth Hospital IPO has opened for subscription for three trading days, i.e., until July 28 from 10 am to 5 pm. The IPO comprises a fresh issue of equity shares aggregating up to Rs 490 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of up to 65.51 lakh equity shares by the company's promoter group entities.
