Automotive digital solutions and distribution services provider Rosmerta Digital Services' planned initial public offer (IPO) was postponed on Thursday in view of certain investor complaints. The IPO, set to be the country's largest-ever in the SME segment, was originally scheduled to launch on Monday, November 18. Now, the Rosmerta Digital Services SME IPO will not hit the market on that day.
The company said that it decided to hold the IPO given the bad market conditions. The major SME IPO was estimated to raise up to Rs 206 crore for the company.
The development comes amid investors lodging complaints against the company.
It has been a bumper year for Dalal Street in terms of primary market offerings.
As of November 14, as many as 132 IPOs have been launched on BSE in 2024 so far, including 60 in the SME segment.
Out of the total 132 companies entering the secondary market, 113 have made listing gains for investors.
