Signatureglobal IPO allotment date: Real estate developer Signatureglobal India’s initial public offer (IPO), to raise up to Rs 730 crore, concluded last week with an overall subscription of 11.9 times. The IPO, which comprised fresh issuance of shares worth Rs 603 crore, and an offer for sale (OFS) worth Rs 127 crore by promoters and existing shareholders, received bids for 13.4 crore shares against the 1.1 crore share on offer, according to provisional exchange data.

The quota reserved for qualified institutional buyers (QIBs) saw subscription of 12.7 times the equity on offer, while the portion set aside for retail individual investors was booked 6.8 times. The portion meant for non-institutional investors (NIIs), also known as high net-worth individuals, was booked 13.5 times. Out of the total issue, at least 75 per cent was reserved for qualified institutional bidders, 15 per cent for non-institutional investors (NIIs) and the remaining 10 per cent for retail investors.

How to check allotment status through the BSE website
Step 1: A bidder is required to visit the official website of the BSE to check the status of the IPO application online. Log in at the direct BSE link — bseindia.com/investors/appli_check.aspx
Step 2: Select the option of 'Equity' under 'Issue Type'
Step 3: Select 'Issue Name'. Either enter your application number in the box or provide your PAN details to proceed further.
Step 4: Click on 'I'm not a robot' and then submit.
The status of your Signatureglobal IPO application status will appear on the screen.
How to check allotment status through the Link Intime website
A bidder is required to log in at Link Intime India Private website — https://linkintime.co.in/mipo/ipoallotment.html and follow through to check the status of the IPO application online.
