SEBI gives nod to IPOs of Ecom Express, Smartworks Co-working, 5 other firms
Capital market regulator SEBI on Monday gave the nod to seven companies to float initial public offers (IPOs). These companies are: Ecom Express, Smartworks Co-working, Trualt Bio Energy, International Geomological Institute, Carraro India, Concord Enviro Systems, and Ventive Hospitality.
Capital market regulator Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) on Monday permitted seven companies to tap the primary market. The seven companies permitted to float initial public offers (IPO) are:
- Ecom Express
- Smartworks Co-working
- Trualt Bio Energy
- International Geomological Institute
- Carraro India
- Concord Enviro Systems
- Ventive Hospitality
The development comes at a time when market participants have witnessed a bumper year in the primary market.
Earlier on Monday, Property Share SM REIT launched an IPO comprising fresh issuance of shares to the tune of Rs 353 crore. The IPO will be open for subscription till December 4, with shares likely to enter the listed space tentatively on December 9. Read more on Property Share SM REIT IPO
Meanwhile, Suraksha Diagnostic's IPO, comprising an offer for sale (OFS) worth Rs 846 crore, is set to conclude at the end of bidding hours on Tuesday.

As of date, around 75 mainboard and more than 60 SME IPOs have hit the Street so far in 2024.
Around 115 IPOs have translated to listing-day gains for investors.
Among several bumper listings of the calendar year so far, Vibhor Steel Tubes, BLS E-Services, Bajaj Housing Finance and KRN Heat Exchanger and Refrigeration delivered listing gains to the tune of 118-196 per cent.
Unicommerce eSolutions, Premier Energies, LE Travenues Tech and JNK India delivered listing gains ranging from 67 per cent to 95 per cent.
