Saraswati Saree Depot IPO: Final subscription update, listing date, other key details to know

Saraswati Saree Depot IPO News: Kohlapur-headquartered Saraswati Saree Depot—a wholesaler of sarees, kurtis, lehengas, and other ethnic wear garments for women—concluded an initial public offer (IPO) with an overall subscription of 107.5 times on Wednesday, August 14. The IPO—comprising fresh issuance as well as an offer for sale (OFS) totalling about Rs 160 crore—received bids for 107.5 crore shares as against about 1.0 crore shares on offer, according to provisional exchange data till 5:30 pm. 

The initial share sale received a good response from all types of investors, with heavy participation by non-institutional investors (NIIs). 

Here are key things to know about the just-concluded Saraswati Saree Depot IPO: 

Price Range: Shares were available for bidding in the price range of Rs 152-160 per share.

Lot Size: Bids were permitted in multiples of 90 shares, translating to Rs 13,680-14,400 per lot. 

Important Dates: The basis of the allotment of shares is likely to be finalised tentatively on August 16, followed by listing tentatively on August 20.
