Pyramid Technoplast IPO: The initial public offering (IPO) of Pyramid Technoplast is open to the public from August 18. Tuesday (August 22) is the last day to subscribe to the IPO. The bidding will end today evening. The bidding date for the share was August 17, while 9,220,000 shares are up for grabs for an issue size of Rs 153 crore and an offer of sale of Rs 61.75 crore.

On Day 1 (August 18) of the subscription, qualified institutional bidders (QIB) subscribed the Pyramid Technoplast IPO by 1.27 times. The IPO's non institutional investor portion was subscribed by 1.07 times, while its retail portion was subscribed by 1.95 per cent.
On Day 2 (August 21), the QIB portion was subscribed by 1.49 times, NII by 6.74 times, while retail by 6.59 times.
On Day 3 (August 22), the QIB has been subscribed by 0.27 times, NII by 8.73 times, while retail by 4.75 times.

Zee Business Managing Editor Anil Singhvi says Pyramid Technoplast IPO is high risk, and he suggests investors avoid purchasing it.
About the positives of the company, Singhvi said that it has experienced and clean promoters with a good financial track record. Since it's a small-priced IPO, Singhvi predicts it to see some action post listing.
