Nirman Agri Genetics IPO Listing Date

Shares of Nirman Agri Genetics IPO will list on NSE SME on March 28. The promoters' holding after the issue will be 65.59 per cent.

According to the Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) filed with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI), the company has plans to invest approximately Rs 2 crores in either an acquisition or a joint venture with a company in the agri inputs industry.

The company aims to expand its customer base, reach new markets and achieve inorganic growth.
