Mobikwik IPO sees dazzling response, subscribed over 119.38 times on final day

Category-wise retail investor class led the higher subscription numbers.

One Mobikwik Systems' IPO received a bid for 1,41,72,65,686 shares or 119.38 times against the total issue size i.e. 1,18,71,696 shares on the third-day and closing day bidding process, according to the data from exchanges. The fintech company's IPO window was opened on December 11, 2024, and closed today (December 13).

Category-wise, the retail investor class led the higher subscription; 134.67 times against 21,58,490 shares. On the other hand, the Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) portion subscribed 119.50 times against 64,75,471 shares. Meanwhile, the Non-Institutional Investors (NII) part, known as HNIs, booked 108.95 times against 32,37,735 shares.
