Krystal Integrated Services Limited IPO Subscription Status: The Initial Public Offer (IPO) Krystal Integrated Services is open for subscription. The IPO got subscribed 36 per cent on the first day of bidding on Thursday. The company is a facility management and security services provider and its IPO has a fresh issue of up to Rs 175 crore and an offer-for-sale component of up to 17,50,000 equity shares.

According to Zee Business Managing Editor Anil Singhvi, there is a lot of volatility in the market and it would be better to review the shares of Krystal Integrated Services once they are listed on the bourses. 

"Only high-risk investors should subscribe to the IPO. It would be better to make a strategy on the shares once they get listed," Singhvi said.

Krystal Integrated Services Limited IPO Price Band

The price range for the offer is Rs 680-715 a share for its Rs 300-crore initial public offering (IPO). The initial shares comprise Rs 175 crore in fresh issue and Rs 125 crore in offer-for-sale by the promoters (at the upper-end of the price band).

The floor price is 68 times the face value of the shares and the cap price is 71.50 times the face value of the shares which has a face value of Rs 10.

The IPO will remain open for bidders from 14 March to 18 March 2024.
