DAM Capital Advisors, an investment banker, has filed its draft red herring prospectus (DRHP) with market regulator SEBI on September 3, to raise funds through an initial public offering (IPO).

According to the DRHP, there will be no fresh issue component in the IPO as it will only offer-for-sale (OFS) portion of up to 3.2 crore equity shares.

Investors who will take an exit via IPO

Multiples Alternate Asset Management, Narotam Satyanarayan Sekhsaria, RBL Bank, Easyaccess Financial Services, and promoter Dharmesh Anil Mehta will be divesting their stake through OFS.

In the process, Multiples Alternate Asset Management will sell 88 lakh shares, Narotam Satyanarayan Sekhsaria will divest 70.68 lakh shares, RBL Bank will be offloading 68.31 lakh shares, and Easyaccess Financial Services will sell 51.23 lakh shares.

However, promoter Dharmesh Anil Mehta will be divesting 42.41 lakh shares through OFS.

The company will not receive any funds as this IPO is totally an OFS.

Nuvama Wealth Management is acting as the book-running lead manager to the IPO, while Link Intime India is the registrar.

The equity shares are proposed to be listed on both the BSE and NSE.
