FirstCry IPO Allotment Status: The initial public offer of e-commerce platform FirstCry's parent Brainbees Solutions, which opened for subscription on August 6, received 12.22 times subscription on the closing day of bidding on August 8 i.e. Thursday. Now subscribers are waiting for the allotment which is expected to be finalized today anytime.

Those who participated in the FirstCry IPO can check the status of their application online in two ways either through the BSE website or through the website of the registrar.

Step 1: Visit the official website of the BSE to check the status of the IPO application online. Login using the direct link: bseindia.com/investors/appli_check.aspx

Step 2: Select 'Equity' under 'Issue Type'

Step 3: Select 'Issue Name'. Either enter the application number in the box or provide your PAN details to proceed further

Step 4: Click 'submit'.

IPO allotment today: Registrar Link Intime India 

Step 1: Log in at the direct Link Intime India website — https://linkintime.co.in/initial_offer/public-issues.html (direct link)

Step 2: Select - FirstCry IPO

Step 3: Bidder then has to enter PAN details

Step 4: Click on the 'Search' option

Your FirstCry IPO application status will appear on the screen.

FirstCry IPO Subscription Status

The Rs 4,194 crore initial share sale received bids for 60,64,29,472 shares against 4,96,39,004 shares on offer, as per NSE data.

The portion for Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) got subscribed 19.30 times while the quota for non-institutional investors received 4.68 times subscription. The category for Retail Individual Investors (RIIs) garnered 2.31 times the subscription.

Brainbees Solutions on Monday said it has collected Rs 1,886 crore from anchor investors.
