As the IPO season continues to dominate investor sentiment, five key initial public offerings (IPOs) are set to close their subscription windows today, December 23, 2024. The IPOs include Mamata Machinery, DAM Capital Advisors, Transrail Lighting, Sanathan Textiles, and Concord Enviro Systems. These public issues opened for bidding on December 19 and have seen varied interest from investors across categories.

Mamata Machinery’s offering is entirely an offer for sale (OFS) worth Rs 179.39 crore, with a price band of Rs 230-243 per share. The IPO received strong demand across all investor categories, particularly from NIIs and qualified institutional buyers (QIBs). At the close, the issue was oversubscribed 194.95 times.

DAM Capital Advisors IPO

DAM Capital Advisors' Rs 840.25 crore IPO is also entirely an OFS. QIB and NIIs have shown significant interest, reflecting robust subscription levels of 81.88 times. 

Transrail Lighting IPO

Transrail Lighting’s IPO includes a fresh issue of Rs 400 crore and an OFS of Rs 438.91 crore, making the total issue size Rs 838.91 crore. The issue has witnessed substantial participation, with the QIB segment standing out for its strong response. Overall the issue was oversubscribed 81 times.

Sanathan Textiles IPO

Sanathan Textiles is raising Rs 550 crore through its IPO, which includes a fresh issue of Rs 400 crore and an OFS of Rs 150 crore. While the retail portion saw moderate traction, institutional demand bolstered the overall subscription figures of over 35 times.

Concord Enviro Systems IPO

The Concord Enviro Systems IPO is valued at Rs 500.33 crore, featuring a fresh issue worth Rs 175 crore and an OFS of Rs 325.33 crore. Despite a comparatively lower response of just over ten times the subscription on offer than other offerings, the issue has drawn interest from institutional investors. 

Investors keen on long-term growth potential and listing gains have driven subscription numbers across these IPOs. Market participants now await the allotment and listing outcomes to gauge the returns on their investments.
