Bajaj Housing Finance IPO: The Rs 6,560 crore public issue will open for subscription today. Promoted by Bajaj Finance and Bajaj Finserv, the issue comprises a fresh issue of Rs 3,560 crore, while the OFS is of Rs 3,000 crore.

The issue will be open until September 11 and the price band is fixed in the range of Rs 66-70 per share.  Kotak, BofA Securities, Axis Capital and SBI Capital are among the book running lead managers (BRLMs) to the issue.

The expert has advised a 'subscribe' rating to the issue both for good listing gains as well as long term. Also, it is among one of the stocks which should be held in one's portfolio.

Bajaj Housing Finance is the country's second-biggest housing financier

AUM of the company stands at around Rs 97,00 crore

The company's risk-management is extremely sound and robust.

Also, the expert says that the company has the best asset quality in the entire industry with the rating agency CRISIL giving out a 'AAA' rating.

Furthermore, the borrowing costs at the company remains low while the valuations remain reasonable.
 
Negatives
 
As much as 70-80 per cent of the company's business comes from primarily 3 states, including Maharashtra, Telangana and Karnataka.
 
The company may feel the adverse impact in case there is seen slowdown in the real estate sector.
