Bajaj Housing Finance IPO: Considering the many positive, Zee Business Managing Editor Anil Singhvi has assigned a subscribe rating to this new issue.
Bajaj Housing Finance IPO: The Rs 6,560 crore public issue will open for subscription today. Promoted by Bajaj Finance and Bajaj Finserv, the issue comprises a fresh issue of Rs 3,560 crore, while the OFS is of Rs 3,000 crore.
The issue will be open until September 11 and the price band is fixed in the range of Rs 66-70 per share. Kotak, BofA Securities, Axis Capital and SBI Capital are among the book running lead managers (BRLMs) to the issue.
