Apeejay Surrendra Park IPO Listing Highlights, The Park Hotel Share Price NSE, BSE: Shares of Apeejay Surrendra Park Hotels made a decent debut on the bourses as they got listed at Rs 187 on the BSE, a premium of 20.65 22 per cent to the issue price of Rs 155.
On the National Stock Exchange (NSE), the share was listed at Rs 186, up 20 per cent.
The initial public offering (IPO) got a good response from investors and was subscribed 59.66 times on the final day of bidding on Wednesday.
Earlier, Zee Business Managing Editor Anil Singhvi advised investors to subscribe to it for small listing gains. Singhvi said that it has strong management and a diversified business model for revenue.

"It is a good company from a long-term perspective and the response is good. Most of the things about the company are positive, so you can hold shares for along term," Singhvi said.
