Petrol-Diesel Prices Today, January 13: The oil marketing companies revise fuel prices every morning at 6:00 AM. The last major country-wide fluctuation in fuel prices was witnessed in May when the Centre cut the excise duty on petrol by Rs 8 per litre and Rs 6 per litre on diesel.
Petrol-Diesel Prices Today, January 13: The price of petrol and diesel remained unchanged on Friday, January 13.
The oil marketing companies revise fuel prices every morning at 6:00 AM. The last major country-wide fluctuation in fuel prices was witnessed in May when the Centre cut the excise duty on petrol by Rs 8 per litre and Rs 6 per litre on diesel.
The retail price for petrol and diesel in New Delhi is Rs 96.72 and Rs 89.62 per litre, respectively,
The current cost of petrol and diesel in Mumbai is Rs 106.31 and Rs 94.27 a litre, respectively.
People in Chennai have to pay Rs 102.63 and Rs 94.24 a litre for petrol and diesel, respectively.
In Kolkata, the price of petrol is Rs. 106.03 and that of diesel is Rs. 92.76 a litre.

In NOIDA, the price for diesel is Rs 89.96 and Rs 96.79 for Petrol.

Fuel prices are revised in line with international benchmark prices and foreign exchange rates by public sector oil marketing companies (OMCs). OMCs include Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd (BPCL), Indian Oil Corporation Ltd (IOCL), and Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd (HPCL).
