ITC and Godfrey Phillips have increased the prices of their cigarettes, news agency Informist reported. 

The cigarette price hike is to the magnitude of 3-5 per cent, according to the report. 

ITC shares declined 0.9 per cent for the day to Rs 424 apiece and Godfrey Phillips shares ended with a gain of 0.2 per cent to Rs 1,712.4 apiece on BSE after the news.
