Tata Consumer Products ends talks to acquire drink maker Bisleri

Tata Consumer Products on March 17 had ceased negotiations with packaged water company about a potential acquisition. In a regulatory filing minutes after market hours on Dalal Street, Tata Consumer Products said it had not entered into any definitive agreement or binding commitment on this matter.
