Huawei Freebuds 3 wireless earbuds launched with active noise cancellation at Rs 12,990

The Apple AirPods have got new competition in the truly wireless earphone segment! Huawei has launched the Huawei Freebuds 3 True Wireless Stereo Earbuds in India, giving an alternative to Android users at an aggressive price point. Claimed to be the world’s only open fit active noise cancellation earbuds, Huawei Freebuds 3 are priced at Rs 12,999. The earbuds will be available exclusively on Amazon. Interested customers can register themselves on ‘Notify Me’ at Amazon. 

As part of the launch offers, Huawei is offering CP61 Wireless Charger with the earbuds. The customers will also have an option to avail no-cost EMI starting from Rs 18 per day.  

"Huawei has always been at the forefront of technology innovation and customer delight is our utmost priority. With that said, we are glad to bring to India the world’s only open fit active noise cancellation earbuds. The idea is to make noise cancellation devices more portable,” said spokesperson, Huawei Consumer Business Group, Huawei India.

The earbuds use Huawei’s proprietary Kirin A1 chip which claims to offer superior sonics to the device, with outstanding digital sound processing techniques, and a fine-tuned high sensitivity driver to deliver spectacular music and voice reproduction. It comes with 20-hour battery life and 4.5-hour ANC usage with one charge.

For audio, you get 14.2 mm dynamic drivers. The earbuds possess lower audio delays (5ms processing latency), with 94% Wind Noise Elimination (Aerodynamic duct design). They have support for touch controls that can be used to answer/end phone calls or control music. The earbuds work with Huawei AI Life app for advanced controls and come with a charging case. 

There is also support for reverse charging but it works only with Huawei smartphones.
