Following its Asian peers, the Indian market opened on a positive note on Tuesday. In today's trading session, the Sensex gained 252.56 points and the index opened at the level of 53,487.33. Apart from this, Nifty 50 saw a rise of 77.50 points and this index opened at 15,912.90.
