Share Bazaar Live: Nifty Zooms Past 16,500, Sensex Surges 718 Points

Continuing with the bullish run, the Indian market opened strongly on Wednesday. Sensex jumped 718 points to open at 55,486.12, while Nifty started with a gain of 222 points at 16,562.80 level.
