Property Plus: Demand for which houses segment increased? Break in the demand for 1BHK houses?

Property sellers will not be able to act arbitrarily... what is the decision of Kerala HC? Demand for which segment of houses increased? Ready or under construction, where has the demand increased? Why was there a break in the demand for 1BHK houses? Now not everyone will be able to become a property agent... If not RERA certified, then not an agent?
