Power Breakfast: Strong Action in Global Markets, Great Recovery in Dow, Buying seen in SGX Nifty

On the last day of the week i.e. Friday, there was a tremendous rebound in the US markets. The Dow Jones had a break on the decline of 6 consecutive days and the index closed with a gain of 466 points. Amidst volatility, the Dow saw a recovery of 335 points from the day's low. Apart from this, there was a great rally in IT stocks and Nasdaq jumped 3.8%. The biggest intraday action of the last 6 months was seen on Nasdaq. On the other hand, Twitter's stock fell more than 9% after Elon Musk announced to hold the Twitter deal. While Tesla's stock jumped 5.7%. Apart from this, there was an increase in the markets of Europe by 2 to 2.5 percent. On the other hand, the markets of Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand will remain closed today. Apart from this, if we talk about the Asian market, then the trade is seen in the green mark here. SGX Nifty is seeing a rise of more than 100 points.
