US markets turned volatile after the inflation data were released. Yesterday Dow gained 100 points and Nasdaq was up by 1%. The 10-year bond yield slipped to close below 3.5%. Inflation in US eased to an 11 month-low. The inflation rate fell from 7.7% to 7.1% in November. Market eyes on today's US Fed policy. There is an 80% expectation of a 0.5% rate hike in the US. Apart from this, the dollar index reached near 103.5, which is at 6-month low.
