Nifty 50 hits fresh all time high, crosses the 19,000-mark for the first time ever

Indian stock indices, Sensex and Nifty, have hit fresh all-time highs on Wednesday. The Sensex touched 63,996.31 points and the Nifty touched 19,001.25 points. The rise in domestic stocks is in tune with the global market rally and firm domestic macro fundamentals.
