#StarsOnZeeBusiness: In a vibrant Live Chat on Facebook with Zee Business Managing Editor Anil Singhvi on Tuesday, Film and TV actor Gurmeet Choudhary said that he invests his money wisely and that he firmly believes in the virtue of saving his hard earned money. The actor also opened up about his acting career, reality shows, fitness and life under lockdown.

The actor who was a protagonist in the 2008 Ramayan serial said that his first investment was made in Mutual Funds. Complementing Anil Singhvi, Choudhary said that he was an avid watcher of Zee Business and has gained a lot of financial knowledge by watching the channel. He said that he firmly believes in the power of experts and therefore, to take informed investment decisions, he relies a lot on his brother-in-law who was his financial advisor.

The Live Chat was aired at 6 pm on Facebook LIVE where fans joined the freewheeling chat with the Market Guru. 

On his acting career, the Chandigarh-born actor said that Ramayan, which was very popular among the people, was a great opportunity for him. Choudhary has also essayed lead roles in other popular TV serials like Geet - Hui Sabse Parayi and Punar Vivah. The latter was a Zee TV show. The actor made his film debut with 'Khamoshiyan'. He is currently involved in a project with Zee Studio, he added.

On being probed about his life in the lockdown period, the actor said that he has been recording a lot of videos to sensitise people on the importance of lockdown and social distancing. He said that it was incumbent upon people like him to create awareness on such issues as the public hears what people (celebrities) like him speak. He also said that he was also helping his staff and other needy people to tide over this emergency in various ways.  

The actor, who also emerged winner in the fifth season of popular dance show Jhalak Dikhla Ja, also spoke with the Market Guru about his fitness regimen and emphasised about its importance in times like these. He advised his fans to work on their fitness in order to strengthen their immunity.
