L&T Shares Soar 3.6% to Hit 52-Week High After Buyback Price Hike

Larsen & Toubro (L&T) revised its share buyback price to ₹3,200 from ₹3,000, in a move to sweeten the offer for public shareholders. The company also decreased the maximum number of shares planned to be bought back from 3.33 crore to 3.12 crore. The buyback is part of L&T's Lakshya '26 strategic plan, which aims to improve the company's return on equity (ROE) and maximise shareholder value.
