Final Trade: Stock Market Closed With Strong Rally, Nifty Ends Above 16,600, Sensex Gains Over 400 Points

On the day of weekly expiry, the stock markets closed with strong rally. The Sensex had gained 436.94 points and this index managed to close at the level of 55,818.11. Apart from this, the Nifty 50 index also managed to close above 16,600 with a gain of 100 points.
