Final Trade: Stock market closed on red mark, Nifty ends near 16,200, Sensex sheds over 250 points

The third trading session of the week i.e. today the stock market closed with a red mark. There was a lot of volatility in the stock market during today's trading session, but due to high volatility, the markets closed with a red mark. The Sensex saw a fall of 276.46 points and the index closed at the level of 54,088.39. Apart from this, selling was also seen in Nifty 50 index. There was a fall of 72 points in this index and this index managed to close near 16,200. Talking about today's trading session, 821 shares were sold today and 2,574 shares were selling. Apart from this, there is no change in 119 shares.
