Final Trade: Sensex Rises Over 300 Points Amid Positive Global Cues, Nifty50 Reclaims 16,200

The Indian stock market extended gains for the third straight session as benchmark indices ended higher by more than half per cent each on Friday. The Sensex gained 303.38 points today and the index closed at the level of 54,481.84. Apart from this, Nifty 50 managed to close above the level of 16,200 with a gain of 100 points.
