Final Trade: Nifty Ends Near 16,200, Sensex Tanks Over 1000 Points

Today the stock market closed with a strong fall. In today's trading session, the Sensex saw a fall of 1016.84 points and the index closed at the level of 54,303.44. Apart from this, a fall of more than 250 points has been recorded in the Nifty 50 index and this index closed below the level of 16,200.
