Dalmia Bharat To Acquire Cement Assets Of Jaypee Group At Rs 5,666 Crore

Dalmia Bharat Ltd is planning to acquire cement assets of Jaypee Group's flagship company Jaiprakash Associates Ltd at an enterprise value of Rs 5,666 crore.
