The Indian markets snapped the four-day declining trend on Monday to eventually end in the green. Sensex was up almost 145 points, while Nifty ended flat above 18100-level. The gain was led by banking stocks while IT stocks continued to drag the market along with metal and FMCG at the close. The BSE Sensex gained 145.43 points or 0.24 per cent at 60,967; while Nifty50 up 10.5 points or 0.06 per cent to 18,125. Here is a list of 10 buzzing stocks to watch out for:
IRCTC: Down 12.92%
ICICI Bank: Up 11.52%
The shares of ICICI Bank closed in the green o Monday at Rs 846.75, up by 87.45 points or 11.52 percent on the NSE. While it gained 81.95 points or 10.80 percent to settle at Rs 841.05 on BSE. The lender has reported a 30 percent YoY rise in the profit at Rs 5,511 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2021. It had posted a profit of Rs 4,251 crore posted in the year-ago quarter.
Tatva Chintan Pharma: Up 8.75%
The shares of the company gained 186.50 points or 8.75 percent on BSE to settle the day at Rs 2318.55. While it gained 182.85 points or 8.56 percent to close at Rs 2,317.95 on NSE. The specialty chemical manufacturer has reported 9.3 times YoY rise in the profits at Rs 32.4 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2021. It had posted a profit of Rs 3.5 crore in the year-ago quarter.
Coforge: Down 6.58%
The shares of the company closed at Rs 5063.15, down by 356.55 points or 6.58 percent on BSE. While on NSE, it settled the day at Rs 5,065.65, down by 331.85 points or 6.15 percent. The company has reported an 18.5% QoQ rise in the consolidated profit at Rs 147 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2021. It had posted a profit of Rs 124 crore in the previous quarter ended June 30, 2021.
