Zomato IPO has seen huge success on Day 1 with retail portion being oversubscribed on the first day itself. As per the National Stock Exchange data at 1.50 pm, the much-awaited Initial Public Offering of the season saw over 2.34 times subscription by retail investors on the second day. As against number of shares reserved for retail investors of 12,95,58,333, a total of 30,26,51,700 bid has been made.

Overall, the IPO has been subscribed 0.76 times with bids for 54,60,14,040 shares as against total quota of 71,92,33,522 share for offer.
In the Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) case, as against 38,88,37,690 shares, bids were made for 22,35,31,425 shares that translate to 0.57 per cent.
Earlier, Food aggregator Zomato Limited IPO opened for public subscription on Wednesday, July 14, 2021, and will close on July 16, 2021. The IPO comprise fresh issue aggregating up to Rs 9000 crore and an Offer for Sale (OFS) by Info Edge (India) Limited worth Rs 375 cr.
Zomato IPO price range is Rs 72 to Rs 76 and lot size is of 195 shares. A retail investor can apply for minimum of one lot and maximum up to 13 lots (2535 shares or ₹192,660).
